【業務内容】
- 集荷および配達プロセス Pick-up and Delivery process
予定時間どおりの集配サービス、高水準のカスタマーケア、UPSブランドの信頼性をお客様へ提供します。
Provides Pick-up and Delivery services with scheduled time, high-leveled customer care and UPS's brand reliability."
- 施設および機器の保守 Maintain facility and equipment
車両、施設、資材、従業員自身の状態を良好に保ちます。
Keep good condition for Vehicle, Facility, Materials and employee himself/herself."
- カスタマー サービス Customer service
現金を適切に処理します。
Handles cash and turns in correctly.
- UPS のサービスについて説明し、セールスリードで新規顧客を獲得します。
Explains UPS's service and takes new customer by Sales Lead."
【必要なスキル】
- 社内スタッフ・顧客とのコミュニケーションスキル Communication skill with internal staff and customers
- 各種集配業務への対応力・実行力 Ability to respond and execute various Pick-up and delivery operations
- 基礎的な英語力（初級レベル）Basic English skill (Elementary Level)
- 普通自動車第一種運転免許 Driver’s License (1st grade)
- 貨物を持つ体力を備えている方 People who have the physical strength to carry package.
