- 生産準備業務（射出成形分野）
- 新規製作金型の量産化 / 試作開発～量産準備
- 新規製品の工程設計 /量産帳票の作成
- 顧客提出帳票の作成

- 新製品の量産化に意欲的に取り組むことが出来る方

- 社外の協力メーカー、社内の関連部門、顧客等との業務調整経験を有する方
- プラスチック射出成形技能士
- 生産準備職の経験者
- 生産技術職の経験者
- 金型設計・金型加工経験者
【求める人物像】
- 生産準備職での業務経験は問いません。試作品の量産化に向けて様々な関係者の協力を得ながら、QCDの課題に対応していく職種です。これまで培われた知識と経験を融合して、固定概念に囚われず柔軟な発想で、粘り強く、試作開発や量産化に意欲的に取り組むことができる人材を募集します。
