Overview
スタジオアーティスト（メカニカルアーティスト）はダイレクトクライアントから提供される印刷資材データを日本の市場に向けてローカライズするのがメイン業務です。成果物の作成を担うにあたっては正確で迅速そして高品質な作業が求められますが、タイトなスケジュールのもとで要求される様々なプレッシャーに負けない精神力も必要となります。
本ポジションはフリーランス採用で、１年のうち数回断続的にプロジェクトが発生します。プロジェクト期間中はHogarth Tokyoオフィスにて勤務となります。
Responsibilities
主な業務範囲は下記となります。
- Adobe Creativeソフトウェアを使用してメカニカルファイルの作成と準備を担当
- プロジェクト管理チームおよび印刷制作チームとの連携
- ブリーフィングを正確に理解し正しく作業するとともに最新データのバージョン管理を担当。
- 品質管理担当としてブランドガイドライン、QCチェックリスト、手順が守られていることを確認。
- 必要に応じてマスターデータを含む大量のデータを正しく管理
Qualifications
- グラフィックアートの学士号を持っている。または社内のクリエイティブチームまたはスタジオ内での制作サポート経験3年以上。あるいは同等の経験
- Adobe InDesign、Illustrator、Photoshopの実務経験
- 印刷、カラーレタッチ、デジタルアートワークの制作に関する十分な知識
- 優れたチームプレーヤーであり、プレッシャーのもとで正確に作業でき、トレーニングを通したスキルアップにも積極的である
- OSおよびiOSソフトウェア関する習熟
- 会社の働き方及びチームへ適応する能力
- 規定に従ったグラフィック制作とチェックプロセスを順守できると同時に改善提案ができる
- 順応性があり、創造的であるとともに業務に熱心で前向きな姿勢がある
- ペースの速い、要求の厳しいクリエイティブおよびプロダクション環境で働く能力
- 細部にわたって細かい確認を怠らないだけの注意力
- 最新のテクノロジーに対する十分な認識
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
