Develop and implement a robust three-year ingredients sourcing strategy for Japan entity, ensuring effective supplier management, compliance, supply chain optimization, cost reporting, and stakeholder networking.
Profile
Experience in direct procurement with raw materials (food, chemicals, cosmetics) or packaging materials.
Fluent Japanese and Business English.
Strong problem solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity.
