Department Overview
Business Promotion Division is an organization that leads the promotion and sales about product in Rakuten Mobile.
In-House NW Promotion Section is responsible for sales planning and sales management for Home Internet Services especially Rakuten Turbo new launched in Jan-2023.

We are looking for someone who can lead in one of the following fields as a business owner of home internet products that are regarded as an important service in our company that aims to evolve into the No.1 mobile company.
- Responsible for service promotion planning, designing pricing campaigns and promoting sales through linkage with online / offline channels.
- Responsible for product planning, promotes PJs such as new service features, next-generation menu releases, and improves existing customer experiences.
Position Details
- Formulate pricing plans and campaigns to promote each product.
- Supporting decision-making for Executives in business operations.
- Management and analysis of KPIs, as well as planning and execution of related measures.
・New subscribers per month in main services.
・Churn rates of existing service groups with hundreds of thousands of scales.
- Formulation and implementation of sales strategies that utilize the strengths of the Rakuten Ecosystem.
- Data science on customers, markets, competition, etc.
- Develop business requirements specifications for service function improvement.
- Project management for new feature/service launch.
- Improvement of operations in each area of service management.
・Planning improvements of customer support and customer experience.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in B to C business
- Experience in Product marketing or product planning
- Experience in product sales and support
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the business of the subscribe model
- Experience as a consultant
- More than 3 years of experience in the telecom industry
- Experience of Leader/Manager
