Job Description Summary

プロダクトサービスマーケティングマネージャーは、ライフサイクルソリューション本部が提供するプロダクトの販売戦略およびマーケティング戦略の開発と実施を通じ、地域におけるサービス事業の売上と利益の成長を推進する責任を担います。プロダクトサービスマーケティングマネージャーは、グローバルサービスのプロダクトチーム、イメージング及び超音波、PCSの各プロダクトチーム、プライシングを含む各ファンクションチームと緊密に連携し、市場、競合を踏まえた競争力のある戦略策定と実行、結果に対する責任を担います。また、サービスマーケティングスペシャリストのマネージャーとして、メンバー業務の管理・推進を支援し、評価・育成における責務を担う。

Job Description

職務内容 Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities

サービスマーケティングリーダーの元で担当プロダクトにおけるサービス、及び機器ライフサイクルにおける包括的なマーケティング計画の作成、実行、調整、管理に対する責任を持つ
サービス組織が事業に対する財務的コミットメントを確実に達成するため、サービス売上を管理支援する
イメージング及び超音波、PCS部門の担当者、グローバルサービスのプロダクトチームと緊密に協力して、製品ポジショニングと市場、競合環境を踏まえた最適なポートフォリオを整備する
日本の顧客の声やニーズをグローバルサービスチームに伝え、地域のサービス製品を商品化する
競合他社のサービスプログラム及びライフサイクルプログラムに関するプロダクト及び価格情報の取得管理を行い、自社戦略に有効に活用する
ライフサイクルソリューション本部セールスチームや、イメージング及び超音波、PCS部門のセールスチームが、サービスソリューションを効果的に販売できるように支援を行う
サービスマーケティングチームの一員として、組織横断的に強力なチームワークを発揮する

必要な経験・スキル等 Qualifications/ Requirements (Must)

サービス部門、又は営業部門における経験または、医療関連分野における5年以上の経験
マーケティング、あるいはコマーシャルオペレーション部門における業務に従事した経験を有し、市場と顧客の洞察、製品の上市、製品ライフサイクル管理、および価格設定、等に十分な経験を持ち判断ができる
チームメンバーの業務支援・管理、評価・育成を行うピープルマネージメントの経験、あるいはそれに準ずる経験
フィールド経験に基づき、社内および顧客への影響力を持ち一定の交渉能力の実証
優れた対人関係スキル。自信を持って強いイニシアチブを発揮するチームプレーヤー
顧客のために必要なことを実行するために、内部のステークホルダーと連携をとる対人関係スキル
複数のプロジェクトを同時に処理しながら結果を提供する能力を実証でき、リソース、タイミング、成果のバランスをとることができる
コンプライアンスを強く推進する
ビジネス、会話、筆記英語スキル

あれば望ましい経験・スキル等Qualifications/ Requirements (Desired)

画像診断機器やGEヘルスケア事業関連ビジネスのサービス部門、又は営業部門における経験
