担当製品（腸骨動脈ステント、薬剤コーティングバルーンカテーテル等）の戦略を策定・実行する責任を負う。

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”

担当製品のマーケティング戦略の策定・実行し、売上予算を達成する。
戦略遂行のための重要顧客（KOL）訪問（営業同行含む）を行い、KOLに対して直接プロモーションを行うと共に、そのフィードバックを踏まえ、その他顧客へのプロモーション戦略に活かす。
担当製品に関するトレーニングを企画・実行し、営業部が戦略の実行及び営業活動に必要な製品知識を習得できるようにする。
目標達成のために営業部をサポートする。
あらゆる手段を駆使し、担当製品の市場を把握・分析し、戦略に落とし込む。
Globalチーム、薬事部などの協力を得ながら、販促資料（カタログ・価格表・社外向け文書・ホームページ・デジタルツール等）、トレーニング資料を作成・展開する。
学会/セミナー・自社主催イベントを計画、実施し、重要顧客との関係を構築・維持する。
新製品上市戦略を計画・実行する。
薬事・品質保証の業務に対し、日本の顧客の製品使用状況を把握し、適切なフィードバックを行う。
関連する分野の製品・市場に関して深い専門知識を有する。

Job Experience

3年以上のヘルスケア業界でのマーケティング業務経験
