This position is part of the Production Planning team and will be located in our Tsukuba site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High school Diploma certification or equivalent
Three years or more of experience in working at a manufacturing plant Knowledge of the management of inventory or experience of production planning.
A person who has foundation for an understanding of ERP (SAP) system Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent Japanese skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Analytical skills
Build a relationship with direct labors and sales
Be aggressive and passion
