Role & Responsibilities

  • Purchase order requisition in Oracle.
  • Issuing purchase order/Contract to Contractor
  • Payment procedure
  • Recording the payment
  • Filing and copying for documents
  • Getting registered document/cadastral map for land by PC
  • Attending the public meeting/Making a minutes of meeting
  • Booking Flight/Train/Hotel/Rental car for Development teams
  • Others

Experience & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience with an interest in administrative and general office support functions
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience/interest in Energy/Renewables industry
