ビジネスストラテジー＆イノベーション部は、生命保険新商品開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーチームと、ビジネス戦略を踏まえたとIT戦略立案およびビジネス戦略をITとしてサポートする役割を担うBusiness Architectureチームで構成されます。

【職務内容/ Job Description】

新商品開発のプロジェクトマネージメントチームにおいて、新商品開発プロジェクトの実行・サポートの職責を担って頂きます。
主な業務として、
‐ プロジェクトのスコープ/予算/スケジュール/リソース/遂行上のリスクを管理し、保障された品質の成果物を期限内にデリバリー出来るようプロジェクト全体の管理を行う。
⁻ IT/ビジネス部門のステークホルダーとの協働関係を構築および維持し、社内ガバナンスを遵守しプロジェクトを統制する。
⁻ 所属部門全体的なサービスレベルの向上に貢献する。

【経験・資格/ Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】
＜Must＞

‐ 保険業界で3年以上の経験を持つ（生保業界であれば尚可）
‐ 3年以上のプロジェクトマネージメント経験（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルにおける経験）を持つ。
- 保険商品および保険業務を理解している
- リーダーシップ、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力
⁻ 変化に適応できるチームプレイヤー
‐ 自発的かつ自信を持って行動し、困難なシチュエーションにおいても前向きに対処ができる
- プロジェクト管理ツール、テンプレート、およびプロジェクトのライフサイクルを理解している

- 生命保険会社に於いて商品開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージメント経験
‐ Prince2の社内トレーニングを受けている、または受ける予定

【Explanation of division】

The Business Strategy & Innovation Division consists of two teams: the project manager team for new life insurance product development projects, and the Business Architecture team, which plays a role in formulating IT strategies based on business strategies and supporting business strategies as IT

【Job Description】

In the New Product Development Project Management Team, you will be responsible for the execution and support of new product development projects.

Main duties include:
- Managing the project’s scope, budget, schedule, resources, and execution risks to ensure the delivery with quality within the project timeline.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders in the IT and business departments, and controlling the project in compliance with internal governance.
- Contributing to the overall improvement of the service level of the department.

【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】
＜Must＞

- Over 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferably in the life insurance sector).
- Over 3 years of project management experience (experience in the software development lifecycle).
- Understanding of insurance products and insurance business operations.
- Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A team player who can adapt to change.
- Proactive and confident, able to handle difficult situations positively.
- Understanding of project management tools, templates, and the project lifecycle

＜Want＞

- Project management experience in product development projects within a life insurance company
- Completed or planned internal training for Prince2 (the company will support obtaining it after hiring)
- English skills (reading, writing, and communication )
