Position Name: IT Project Manager Atsugi Job

Annual Salary: 5 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system promotion and planning, meeting coordination (user, vendor, etc.).
• meeting facilitation, meeting minutes issuance, issue/risk management, schedule progress management.
• user requirements summary for execution (development).
• execution phase handover to development vendor,response to questions from development vendor regarding the content of planning and concept phase agreements, other report and other document creation and explanation work.

IT Project Manager Atsugi Job Qualifications:

• Experience in web application development project promotion (experience in project management such as planning, compiling requirements, negotiating and coordinating with users, project management experience, and contract negotiations/procedures with vendors)
• Experience in Salesforce and FleekDrive maintenance is preferred
• Experience working with project promotion tools such as M365 (Teams) is preferred
• Excel (simple functions)/Word/PPT

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in introducing and using a CRM system (Salesforce is preferable)
• Knowledge of MA/SFA/CS work in CRM (semiconductor industry is preferable)
• Experience in UI design (Salesforce is preferable)

Language Skill: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and business level english
