Grow strategy for MSBU, PJM is a key function to succeed the business to meet customer requirements (Quality, timing), achieve internal financial target and continuous improvement for QCD to keep competitiveness. This function is expected to drive the business for all stakeholders internal and external.
Our Team
PJM is important role as manager of new product development that has the greatest impact on the improvement of Molex/MSBU company performance. Responsible for realizing long term growth through the smooth promotion of projects with PM/BDM and Sales. Collect and confirm the information from customer and market cooperated with stakeholders to release the project as planned.
What You Will Do
1. Project lead for new project related to new development for MSBU products.
2. Progress management of development and solve any issues with stakeholders to release the project on time.
3. Solve any issues related to quality, capacity and efficiency, profitability by coordinating with stakeholders and management team.
4. Communicate with customer to align and adjust for project timelines and activities.
5. Resource management relating to projects to meet internal approved plan.
6. Prevent critical issues in advance and timely provide update plan to management if original plan has to be changed.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
3+ years Working experience for Project marketing experience.
Job experience which required the following: having worked in a project management role in a multi-national organization.
Using English as global standard language.
Using Japanese daily internal communications.
Positive and logical thinking way and strong business leadership.
Communication and negotiation skills which required for driving new business development.
Communicate with different teams, sharing the vision/purpose/activities to have the same objectives.
Flexible to understand/accept the difference in business culture by segment.
Strong passion and intelligence to drive profitable growth.
Connector knowledge in general.
What Will Put You Ahead
Work experience with Electronics or Electrical components.
Ability to write and read engineering materials.
Knowledge about Molex capability, product, market.
