• Improve the UI/UX of the client's website by utilizing the product (DOM manipulation using JavaScript)
• Management of engineering organization (team productivity improvement, member training, optimization of development environment)
• Technical support for projects (technical support for projects handled by members)
• Issue management and business promotion across teams

Project Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge and working experience (3+ years) in HTML/CSS/JavaScript (TypeScript) and web page operation on a browser
• Experience in server-side design/development (3+ years)
• Experience in design/implementation of BtoC web development (3+ years)
• Experience in management of engineering organization

Preferred

• Negotiation/communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Experience in transitioning from web engineer to project manager
• Experience coordinating and recruiting resources for projects
• Web marketing related knowledge and skills
• Experience in managing PL/BS/CF figures
