Job Description
A Pharmacovigilance Project Manager is currently sought to join the diverse and dynamic team in Tokyo, Japan. This critical role involves overseeing pharmacovigilance projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the safety monitoring of pharmaceutical products. As a leader in the pharmacovigilance department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with sponsors, and provide strategic guidance to ensure the successful delivery of pharmacovigilance services.
Responsibilities
* Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pharmacovigilance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Compliance: Ensure all pharmacovigilance activities comply with local, national, and international regulatory and ethical guidelines.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
* Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of safety data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pharmacovigilance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Your Profile
* Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Experience: Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or clinical research project management.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
