Your responsibilities:
You will analyze root cause of product trouble, when a product trouble occurred, collect information from Troubleshooting team, field service team, Engineering team and etc, then analyze root cause of product trouble.
You will make reports for root cause of product trouble, to organize root cause of product trouble, report to customers, and make reports for root causes of product trouble.
You will report root cause of product trouble to customer by using reports and etc., and report root cause of product trouble to customer.
You will support site investigation work of product trouble, if Field service team cannot go to site due to proper reasons, QA team will support.
You will involve in quality judge of parts and equipment handled by Service operation unit, if someone asked Service QA for quality judge of parts and equipment handled by Service operation unit, need to judge, quality judge of NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process, when close NCR, judge it can be closed or not in a view of quality and quality judge of CCRP (Customer Care Responsible Process) process: When close CCRP, judge it can be closed or not in a view of quality.
You will support ISO and audits, if any quality contents in ISO 9001, audit and etc, QA team will support and to set up QA work, if found unestablished QA work, need to set up such as making workflow, work procedure and etc.
You will proceed QA related work: if found QA related work, need to proceed.

Your background:
You hold an Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical).
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical for GCB/GIS or TR.
General knowledge and a little special knowledge for GCB and GIS or TR.
Team operation skill to proceed quality assurance work.
Proficiency in English language.
