Real Estate Acquisition Manager
The ESR Data Center team is responsible for the land acquisition, finance, fund management, design, construction, and asset management of ESR Group’s data centres. We are a diverse team of real estate developers, engineering, construction, design, and finance professionals who drive the end-to-end delivery of data center capacity - from strategy and land acquisition through finance, design, construction, and final handover. Today, we are developing in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. We pride ourselves in moving at speed while maintaining the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and safety in delivering the critical infrastructure that powers today’s modern digital society.
Requirements
[Required]
・Experience in acquisitions at real estate funds, developers, real estate companies, AM companies, etc., or experience in corporate brokerage related to commercial real estate with 3 years of experience or more
・Perform tasks autonomously
・Experienced in real estate transactions
- Holder of real estate agent qualification (if not, possess the same level of knowledge)
・Must familiar with Word, Excel and Power Point
・Ability to read legal agreements/contracts
・Communication skills
・Positive attitude
・English proficiency
