Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator safeguards an end to end experience that delights candidates. You'll be working closely with our recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from all aspects. While the TA Partners concentrate on conducting interviews the Recruitment Coordinators manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment pipeline. This includes a wide range of tasks, like:
posting job openings to boards, arranging travel for candidates, organising interviews across different departments, and managing any last-minute changes to schedules.
You will serve as a dedicated partner to candidates throughout their entire engagement with us. Your organisational skills, proactive approach, and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences will contribute significantly to getting top talent onboard. You'll report to our Head of TA.
