Description
Inspire and lead a high-performing Sales team by fostering a strong culture and recruiting top Account Executives. Collaborate with SEs, Channel Managers, and Inside Sales to drive KPIs like pipeline growth, partner alignment, and accurate forecasting. Build strong channel partnerships and lead by example to ensure team quota achievement. Deliver on key goals, including annual bookings and new logo acquisition, with weekly performance reviews to identify and address pipeline gaps effectively.
Profile
* 5+ years successful sales experience in storage or core Information Technology infrastructure in a highly competitive environment. Management experience in a Cloud/SaaS Company is also welcome.
* Experience selling to IT departments and IT management is required. At least 3 years of experience in at least one of the fields either Healthcare, Social Infrastructure or Education and at least 3 client relationships with department managers and above.
* Proficiency in Japanese and English
