What are we expecting from you?

Retail Performance Manager helps lead the boutiques by taking an initiative in retail performance analysis (ex: KPIs), better understanding the business, and supporting the Sales Director in providing quantitative/qualitative insights. (S)he is responsible for analyzing boutiques performance and defining action plans based on outputs.

Your key accountabilities will include 5 main areas:

• Retail performance monitoring & analysis
• Sales forecasts
• Boutique network performance strategy and sales achievements
• Sales incentive strategy management
• Retail performance projects
