Description
* Strategy Development and Execution: Matches the responsibility to develop and execute a sales plan and use available resources to achieve financial targets.
* Sales Target Achievement: Aligns with the goal to achieve Japan's sales budget for video and contribute to broader regional and global targets.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Reflects the need to maintain in-depth product knowledge, support teams, and stay informed about competition.
* Leadership and Support: Covers the role of leading other salespeople, providing expertise, supporting events, and managing sales opportunities, as described in the job responsibilities.
Profile
* Proven Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, specifically within IT and peripherals to enterprise clients, demonstrating a track record of success.
* Desirable AV Solutions Expertise: Preferably experienced in audio-video (AV) solutions and/or video conferencing, although not mandatory.
* Performance Excellence: Consistently meets or exceeds sales performance metrics, reflecting a high level of effectiveness and achievement in previous roles.
* Educational and Communication Skills: Holds a degree or equivalent qualification and possesses excellent Japanese and Business English communication skills for effective interaction and presentations.
