HirePlanner.com is a growing HR Tech Start-Up in Japan. We are looking for a motivated sales manager to help us grow our presence in Japan and prepare to scale internationally. Our technology and services are designed to help companies and HR departments simplify and automate their hiring process, attract great talent and reduce their overall recruiting cost.

- Japanese Fluency (Mandatory)
- HR SaaS sales experience or Agency recruiting experience a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience
- Outbound sales calling expertise
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Solid organization and prioritization skills
- Strong team spirit and ethics
- Curious and solution focused
- Ambitious, thick skin and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently, detailed oriented and result oriented
業務内容
In this role, you will have the opportunity to report directly to the CEO and play a key strategic role in developing the business. You will have a wide range of responsibilities such as:
- Drive sales performance and grow the company’s revenue.
- Reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Hire, train and develop all sales representatives.
- Prospect and phone call to generate new leads and qualified potential customers.
- Manage a robust pipeline of potential client opportunities, follow-up regularly with prospects, schedule sales visits, provide demo presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain at all times an excellent customer experience.
- Provide training and customer support to all active customers.
- Lead by example and represent HirePlanner in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
- Surprise and delight customers with excellence and innovative mindset.
