Description
* Develop and execute sales plans and business strategies.
* Manage key accounts and distributors.
* Identify and expand into new markets.
* Build and coordinate sales channels with various stakeholders.
* Drive marketing strategies and sustainable sales growth.
* Support project management and comply with group policies.
Profile
* Diploma in Business Administration or related field; sales/marketing certification is a plus.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in IT Security, IoT, SaaS, Travel Tech, or related industries.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* High initiative, self-motivation, and team spirit.
* Proficient in MS Office and English.
* Well-organized, responsible, and problem-solving aptitude.
