Description
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory or business segment.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
* Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
* Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Profile
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
* Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Account Manager.
* An understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
