We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales efforts in the Japanese market. In this role, you will manage multiple sales channels, work closely with key stakeholders, and drive business growth.

Description
* Develop and execute the sales strategy for Japan.
* Manage sales channels, including dealers, retail stores, and e-commerce.
* Oversee product launches and manage pre-order processes.
* Place orders for bikes and accessories based on sales plans, forecasts, and backorders.
* Create and manage sales plans and inventory flow for retail stores and e-commerce.
* Review and renew dealer contracts, and manage the dealer accreditation program.
* Establish new dealer accounts, negotiate contracts, and support product launches.
* Negotiate and agree on annual sales targets with dealers.
* Monitor in-store sales performance and inventory status, sharing weekly/monthly reports internally.
* Gather and share market intelligence on competitors and new products.
* Analyze sales performance and inventory trends, adjusting forecasts accordingly.
* Handle daily inquiries from current and potential dealers.
* Conduct regular store visits and meetings with dealers (business trips required).
* Manage CRM and sales data using Salesforce and ERP systems.
* Report to the Japan Country Manager and APAC leadership.
* Collaborate closely with teams in the UK and across APAC.
* Work with Sales Operations to manage product info on B2B sites, process orders, and track inventory.
* Support Operations in improving processes related to ERP, WMS, CRM, and other sales tools.
* Partner with Marketing to launch new products and support promotional activities.
* Coordinate with Customer Service on warranty requests and product quality issues.
* Work with Finance to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and daily financial tasks.
* Support company events (occasional weekend work, with compensatory time off).
Profile
* A proven track record in sales management, particularly within the Japanese market.
* Strong experience managing dealers and retail channels.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP tools.
* A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to adjust plans based on market trends.
* Willingness to travel regularly and occasionally work weekends for events.
