Sales Operations Analyst is a critical and highly visible role to support Japan Sales team rapid business growth. As a member of Revenue Operations team, the role will be responsible for budgeting, planning and analysis activities for SalesOps. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, autonomous and a self-starter as well as have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. A good command of English and Japanese will be necessary to be successful in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in deal desk, deal structuring or sales operations roles
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organization skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to enable informed decision making
  • Detail oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient in both English and Japanese
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
  • Excellent cross group collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen, prior sales related experience and or pricing experience a plus

Career Level - IC3

  • Cover business practices and provide Sales Policy guidance to sales teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses, eg pricing and discount analysis for various business purposes as requested by Revenue Operations Lead.
  • Assist with quotes and orders for complex deals.
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes and drive timely resolution.
  • Provide month/quarter/year end support to ensure deals are booked.
  • Assist onboarding training for new hire Sales employees.
  • Manage SalesOps request and Deal Registration process, including reviewing ordering documents & estimate, approvals, sales team contributions and product mix.
  • Building and maintaining relationships across internal executives, Sales teams and other cross functional stakeholders.
