Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager / Snr Manager to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will partner will the Japan Sales Organization, playing a critical role in driving sales strategy, data analysis, and operational excellence. The candidate will collaborate with various departments, in driving the right cadences and rhythms to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds their objectives effectively.

You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:

  • Overseeing day to day sales operations to ensure smooth and seamless support to the Japan Sales Organization
  • Driving and facilitating Regional Cadences, viz., Forecast calls, Pige Gen reviews, other cross functional reviews, enabling action oriented discussions and decision making
  • Driving proactive analysis in the region to help identify trends / leading indicators that would impact business performance
  • Managing sales tools and technologies, ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Training and supporting the sales teams on processes and tools to enhance performance.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve sales productivity.
  • Coordinating with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales objectives with business goals.
  • Leading initiatives to optimize operational processes and improve customer experience.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role in Tech Industry (B2B)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices in the Japanese market.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
