Main Mission of Job

• 私たちと一緒に、 世界中の人々の人生を変えるような最新ヘルスケアテクノロジーを脊椎外科・脳神経外科領域に届けましょう。
• AIやロボット支援手術、画像支援手術は現在日本の抱える大きな問題、少子高齢化、医師・医療従事者の働き方改革、学習効率化を支援するソリューションの一つです。
• 最新のAIやロボットテクノロジーを搭載 した手術支援機器、画像診断装置などを販売し、より安全で確実な手術を患者さんに提供する新しいスタンダードを作っていきましょう。
• まだ導入期製品の専門セールスのため、販売戦略→ PR→販売→フォローアップのすべてが経験できる専門性の高い職責です。将来のキャリア形成にも役立てるポジションだと思います。

Main Responsibilities

• MAZOR X（脊椎手術用ロボットシステム）、Stealthstation（手術用ナビゲーションシステム）、O-arm（画像診断装置）の営業、販売促進、フォローアップ
• 上記製品の医療従事者向け向けデモンストレーション、ワークショップの実施、導入フォローアップ体制の整備
• 上記製品の販売戦略の実行と管理、地域営業担当、マーケティングチーム、CSチームなどとの連携
• 会議、勉強会などの参加、研究会、セミナー、学会展示などのサポート

Must Haves

Knowledge/Education：

大学卒（同等レベル）、学士以上

Job Experience：

以下、いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 医療機器業界でのセールス/マーケテイング/カスタマーサポートの経験5年以上
• 大型医療機器のセールス経験
• コメディカル（脊椎、脳神経外科の手術立ち合い経験、および関連医療機器の知識・理解をお持ちの方）

Competencies/Language Skills：

• 熱意をもって行動できる方
• 継続した学習意欲と成長意欲をお持ちの方
• 高いコミュニケーション力
• プレゼンテーションスキル
• プロジェクトマネジメント
• 自己管理

Computer Skills:

PowerPoint/Word/Excel

Physical Requirements:

宿泊を伴う国内出張が可能なこと、普通自動車免許

Nice to Have

• 英語力
• エックス線作業主任者
