We are looking for a Key Account Representative to forge the relationship with customers in Japan. The Key Account Representative for Water Solutions is responsible for managing current business and creating opportunities for further growth with multi tech approach with internal x-functional communication with Soma team, Supply Chain, CSR and Technical team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Water market to engage key customers (Distributor, OEM and End user) with Water Solutions product lines as multi tech approach.

  • Develop and implements accounts plans, includes channel management aligned with Sales Leaders in Pacific.

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers/distributors by continuously proposing solutions that meet customers’ pain points.

  • Promotion of new products/technologies to the market and drive sales growth

Qualifications:

  • University graduation, Chemical degree is preferable.

  • Sales and Technical experience in Chemical Industry

  • People leadership potential, team player and good initiative innovator.

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively/broadly with external/internal channels

  • Results driven, Action-oriented, Execute strategy

  • Good Communication skills in English and Japanese for verbal, presentation and written reports.

  • Ability to travel (mainly in Japan) frequently (30%).

  • Learning agility and willingness to learn Water industry
