Description
* Spearhead all sales activities by identifying, qualifying and nurturing prospects. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning sales efforts with Business Development and Pricing teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
* Staying ahead of industry trends by gathering market insights on pricing, products, and competitor activities. You will provide valuable feedback to ensure the company remains a leader in the sector.
* Driving customer satisfaction, retention and reactivation through exceptional service quality. You will work with the teams to ensure seamless on boarding and long-term customer success.
* Maintaining accurate and updated customer information in their internal CRM systems. You will regularly review customer portfolios with the manager to track progress and identify further opportunities.
Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in Logistics or a related field with strong understanding of customer relationship management.
* Ability to work independently, managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Japanese, allowing you to influence key decision-makers.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle a fast paced sales environment.
