職務内容
Key responsibility 1 : Daily local support
* Solving, tracking and reporting issues by communicating with Key-users and Global SAP team on the following domains : SAP LE
* Monitoring support SLA and submit management reports regularly
Key responsibility 2 : SAP Release support
* Supporting and coordinating Key-Users' tests and procedure/manual updates during the urgent or regular SAP releases.
* Prepare test data for user test
* Coordination of the non-regression testing
* Support the maintenance of documentation
* Support other team on LE processing
Key responsibility 3 : Coordination between Global and local
* Following up incident resolution and releases
* Support the business in communicating with Global team
