SAP Test Lead

Role Overview: This is an SAP Test Lead position requiring experience of at least 5-7 years. The candidate will lead the testing phase of SAP implementation projects, ensuring quality assurance and efficient defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead SAP testing phases, including planning, execution, and defect management.

· Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and stakeholders to align on testing objectives.

· Develop test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate SAP functionalities.

· Manage and mentor the testing team, ensuring adherence to best practices.

· Analyze test results and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

· Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Qualification required - B. Tech/B.E./MBA/MCA/BBA/BCA.

· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP testing.

· Proficiency in creating test plans and executing test scripts.

· Solid understanding of SAP modules and integrations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.

· Excellent communication and team management skills.

· English proficiency is a must, Japanese is a plus
