Minimum Qualification
- 3+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and operating enterprise endpoint computing or endpoint security solutions.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, including the ability to confidently present at customer events or sessions.
Preferred Qualification
- Technical experience in any of the following areas:
- Device policy management (e.g., GPO, MDM, JAMF)
- Identity (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SSO, SAML)
- Security (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto)
- Device policy management (e.g., GPO, MDM, JAMF)
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with product engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong project management skills to deliver end-to-end technical engagement with customer IT stakeholders.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, stay updated on technical advancements, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
