Job Description for SaT Strategy Consultant

The Strategy Consultant is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive resourcing strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives. This role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and the development of policies and procedures to attract and retain top talent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a strategic resourcing plan that supports the organization's business plan and talent needs.
  • Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future talent requirements, gaps, and surpluses.
  • Partner with client department heads and hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Design the talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Oversee the development and management strategy of talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Analyse labor market trends and adapt resourcing strategies to remain competitive.
  • Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and career development opportunities for high-potential employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional associations to source candidates.
  • Develop strategy to manage the resourcing budget and enable regular reports on recruitment metrics and return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Collaborate with client HR teams to integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into the resourcing process.
  • Utilize HR technology and data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of resourcing strategies.

Eligibility:

  • BCOM (Commerce)/MBA Finance or HR .
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or strategic resourcing.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and employment legislation.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful resourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with HRIS and recruitment software.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
