This position is crucial as an Operations Specialist in the Service Center, responsible for a wide range of tasks, including registering customer calibration and repair requests, handling phone and email inquiries to the service center, creating quotations, coordinating repair requests and status checks with the overseas headquarters, managing maintenance contract renewals, overseeing parts inventory and orders, and managing loaner equipment. It is essential to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing courteous support to customers experiencing issues. As an Operations Specialist, you will manage operations using various metrics, continually working on measures, improvements, and optimizations to pursue the mission of the Service Center: delivering trusted support as swiftly as possible.
