Job Duties

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, with the aim of defining clear product requirements and solutions.

• Develop architectural and design principles that enhance the performance, capacity, and scalability of the product.

• Oversee the product roadmap and maintain architectural standards to ensure that product development projects are in optimal alignment with business objectives.

• Conceptualize, prepare, and review High-Level Designs (HLD), as well as author comprehensive Product Specifications.

• Facilitate effective communication of conceptual ideas and design rationale, working in tandem with product management and development teams to support solution engineering efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in programming with Java, C, or C++.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with microservices and backend system development.

• Over 1 year of experience with storage solutions (file, object, block).

• At least 1 year of experience in developing RESTful APIs.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Docker.

• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases.

• Capability to design solutions end-to-end independently.

• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Experience in Reactive Programming.

• Experience with messaging queues, preferably Kafka.

• Experience in designing APIs for bulk requests.

• Familiarity with web, cloud, and open systems.

• Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON.

• Experience developing for Kubernetes is preferred.

• Knowledge of mobile network architecture is a plus.

• Understanding of services such as email, cloud storage, and mobile apps is desirable.

• Familiarity with Open ID Connect and OAuth2.0 standards is advantageous.

• Understanding of design principles for enhancing performance, capacity, and scalability of products.

• Experience with user models, workflows, user interfaces, and UX is beneficial.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Business-level communication skills in English.

• Intermediate proficiency in Japanese for both conversation and literacy.
