As a Solution Sales Partner Core Insurance, you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence, engaging with customers in the insurance industry at the C-Suite level to drive business growth in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in across all levels.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to drive effective engagement.

Requirements:
  • 12 15 years of experience in delivering innovative solutions within the insurance sector, driving transformation and strategic growth.
  • Proven software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong network and relationships with insurance executives in the financial services industry in Japan.
  • Consultative sales approach with hands-on project experience in the insurance domain.
  • Expertise in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and a solution-selling mindset focused on core insurance solutions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business impact of proposed solutions.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
