Description
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
* Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
* Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
* Support leadership in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
* Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and regulations.
* Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership.
Profile
* Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is required.
* Stable HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role within an established organization in Japan.
* In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
