Sr. HRBP - Tokyo

As a Senior HRBP you will strategically collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture. You will also manage complex employee relations issues, provide guidance on talent management, and implement HR initiatives across diverse teams.

Description
* Analyze the current situation of the business unit and develop a plan to fill in the gaps of the business unit from the HR standpoint
* Create, implement and analyze policies/processes related to talent management, performance management and compensation cycles
* Foster a good relationship with key departments to ensure a smooth employee life cycle
* Work closely with leaders on making sure that the people related policies are in line with the business goals. You will also be providing advice to them based on internal people analytics as well as market standard
* Manage daily people related issues
* Approach people related policies from a holistic point of view and ensure that it is in line with the company's goal of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
Profile
The successful candidate would possess:
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Ten years of HR experience in Japan with at least 3 yrs. as an HRBP in a multinational company of at least 500 people
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders
