(Sr. Staff / Staff Engineer) Design Characterization Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Execute characterization, measurements, debug, analysis for CMOS image sensors
• Provide design characterization report, presentation, technical information in timely manner
• Provide technical solutions and/or tunings to deliver optimum settings for sensor operations
• Communicate proactively with other disciplines and take on technical leadership for sensor characterization projects
• Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and quality for characterization, and feedback to design as needed

Requirements: • 5+ years experience with electrical engineering and CMOS image sensor (CIS) design characterization • Knowledge about semiconductor • Good communication and inter personal skills • Result oriented and leading change behaviors • Experience / knowledge in CIS analog/digital design and/or project management experience is a plus • Language skill: Japanese business and English business • BS in Electrical Engineering or related
