Department Overview

In the system division, you can be involved in all system-related work such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, from mission-critical business systems to user applications for iPhone / Android.

All systems are open system and are actively adopting open source technology. At the same time as taking on the important responsibility of IT, which determines the success or failure of the banking business, which is a social infrastructure, you can also enjoy the real thrill of it.

To improve the speed of service provision by closely collaborating with the service department from the planning stage and providing technical support. Planning IT strategies (including organization, human resources, and systems)
Design and implementation of DX promotion organization, strategic organization, supervising organization, etc.
Formulation of system grand design and roadmap
Organization of a wide variety of information and requirements in the external and internal environments
Building relationships with stakeholders and partners
System development project planning, drafting, requirements definition
System development project management
Collection and provision of information necessary for -management decision-making, and creation of stories
In addition, the main person in charge or support for concept planning, planning, control, and execution
