Supply Chain Planning Analyst

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to manage and improve the flow of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in the procurement and supply chain department. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of supply chain processes and an ability to strategize for maximum productivity and efficiency.

Description
* Data analysis
* Collaborating with sales and production teams to determine optimal inventory levels
* Suggesting improvements to the company's existing procurement processes
* Managing and mitigating supply chain risks
* Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors
* Determining key supply chain KPIs and working towards their improvement
* Creating supply chain management strategies to increase efficiency and speed
* Conducting regular supply chain performance reviews
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Planning Analyst should have:
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and principles
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Communication required in both Japanese and English
