Supply Planner

The Supply Planner will oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring product availability and optimal inventory levels. The role involves demand consolidation, supply planning, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and meet business objectives.

Description
* Manage supply planning by aligning stock levels with service policies and forecasts.
* Consolidate and analyze global demand variations to create accurate supply plans.
* Monitor and optimize the replenishment process, addressing stock shortages and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Track and report on KPIs related to inventory, service levels, and replenishment efficiency.
* Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock, implementing corrective action plans.
Profile
* The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning,
* Candidates in production or with supply planning experince welcome.
* Strong analytical skills,
* Effective communication abilities,
* Proficiency in tools like SAP,
* Background in engineering, mathematics, or a similar field, are preferred.
* A business-level command of English and Japanese is also essential.
