WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for passionate, experienced technical team leader who share our vision of the possibilities of mobility. You will lead the creation of a large scale platform that will create an ecosystem with many colleagues. If you want to tackle the challenge of developing innovative services and expanding the possibilities of mobility on a large scale, which have been conceived but not yet realized by anyone, let's make history together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Manage almost all of the DevOps processes and qualitative and quantitative output of backend software services team for development area Mobility Service Controller System
- Exercise technical judgments in working with cross-functional teams
- Build, expand and manage the software development team
- Direct and manage each step of the system development process and release deliverables
- Coordinate with partner companies on system design, installation, operation, maintenance and communicate with stakeholders such as Toyota related MaaS services.
- Collaborative, inclusive and respectful of each team member
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 10 years of experience in development management and team management, from requirement definition to release, in the development of large-scale web application products
- Experience in front-end application development (any language)
- Proficient in Java (Spring Framework) or Go-Lang (Gin or similar tools), SQL, Synchronous /Asynchronous communication protocols (Web API, gRPC / MQTT, Kafka), Docker
- Experience using different development and testing tools for efficient DevOps, e.g. Git, GitHub, CI/CD tools, Jira, Confluence, AWS or GCP or MS Azure
- Professional experience in one or more languages, such as C++, C#, Java, Go, Rust or Python, with a preference Go/Python
- Effective written and oral communication involving both business and engineering sides and other stakeholders/partners
- Native-level Japanese / business-level English and work experience at a Japanese company
NICE TO HAVES
- Business experience with some relation of mobility services
- Experience in implementing smart city initiatives
- Both agile and waterfall development experiences
- Deep understanding for Automotive industries or real estate developer
- Experience in API development (OpenAPI Specification (OAS)) with microservices architecture using
- Kubernetes, EKS, Fargate
- Experience and skills of GitHub Actions, Bazel, Jenkins and etc.
