Department Overview

This is a specialized operations department that supports the management of the internet advertising business. We handle a wide range of needs both within and outside the company, including customer support, sales support, and tasks directly related to the operation of our products and services. We strive to improve productivity through operational improvements utilizing technologies such as AI.

Our mission is to provide technical support to advertisers using our various advertising services, assisting them in implementing necessary systems such as performance measurement systems. We aim to establish and maintain a stable operational environment as quickly as possible. By addressing and resolving various system-related challenges for each customer during the service implementation, we contribute to creating revenue opportunities for both our clients and our company.

Position:

Position Details

- Support customers with advanced technical implementations of our services (including some development tasks)

- Understand the policies and technical implementations of various platform providers

- Stay updated on the latest trends in privacy protection and new features in the ad tech industry

*Some customers and partners are foreign companies, so communication in English may be required.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience as a web server-side developer. (more than 2 years)

In addition to the above, experience with any of the following is required.

- Experience in working with B2C services. (more than 1 year)

- Experience in online marketing. (more than 1 year)

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience working in e-commerce business

- Experience in working with smartphone applications

- Experience in tasks involving English communication

This position is in Rakuten Group, Inc., but will be transferred to LINKSHARE JAPAN K.K. after joining the company.
Salary structure, benefits, evaluation system, and other aspects are identical to those of Rakuten Group, Inc.

Additional information on English Qualification

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.
If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
