コアクライアントのグローバルプロジェクトを日本サイドで担うProject Managerを募集しています。

勤務地：リモート(日本国内)、名古屋 or 刈谷（クライアント拠点）
通常勤務 9:00-18:00 （日本時間）時間外労働有り（残業代支給）
休日・休暇：土日祝休み年次有給休暇、特別有給休暇、産前産後の休暇、育児休業、介護休業
給与：1,000万円〜

【役割】
日本を代表する大手製造グループのグローバルコミュニケーションプラットフォーム整備をリード。
Microsoft Teams Voiceの導入をアメリカ・ヨーロッパ・アジア全域に展開するプロジェクトに参画。
日本本社のヘッドと連携し、要件定義・設計・構築などの上流工程を中心にプロジェクトの管理を担当。
日本でのテストを終えたあと、アジア諸国を中心に新システム導入を各国担当と連携し推進。
【業務について】

要件定義、設計、構築計画の理解
システムのテストを実施及びマニュアル類作成
システム導入をリード（アジアの各拠点）
レポート作成
トラブルシューティング

【必須要件】

いずれのメーカー（Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, Notel等）のPhoneシステム構築、運用経験5年以上 *ハンズオンの経験必須
グローバル拠点を持つプロジェクトにおけるシステム導入経験
クライアントとの折衝経験
日本語力ビジネス英語ビジネスレベル（クライアント内アジアを中心とした各拠点とのコミュニケーションに必要）

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager!
• Client : Japanese manufacturing company
• Working Location: Remote or Greater Nagoya
• Working hours: 9AM-6PM （Japan Time）
• Employment Type : Full-time
• Salary range : 10,000,000 yen per year
Job Overview
Lead a project to develop a global communication platform for a leading Japanese manufacturing group. The project is to deploy Microsoft Teams Voice throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Together with the head of the Japan headquarters, you will be responsible for managing the project, focusing on upstream processes such as requirement definition, design, and building.
After completing the testing in Japan, they will implement the new system to their other Asia, Europe and US office.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand requirements definition, design, and construction plans
• Conduct system testing and create manuals
• Lead system implementation (at various locations in Asia)
• Reporting
• Troubleshooting
Requirements and Skills
• 5+ years of experience building and operating phone systems for any manufacturer (Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, Notel, etc.) *Hands-on experience required
• Experience in system implementation for projects in a global company
• Experience negotiating with clients
• Japanese language skills and business English business level (required for communication with various locations within the client, especially in Asia)
