Annual Salary: 5 million yen and above

Job Description:

• Gather business goals through engaging with clients.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
• Work effectively at different levels to define business needs and write specifcations techno-functionally.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand the requirements.
• Work closely with project team(s) and customer stakeholders, coordinate project activities and ensure the requirements are documented and communicated thoroughly

Techno Functional Analyst Tokyo Hybrid Job Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)
• Web application development experience and good knowledge on Java technologies, Microservices, DB2 and Cloud environment
• Experience in Jira/Confluence tools
• Strong communication skills

Skill Set:

Java, DB2, Microservice, Cloud, JIRA, Confluence, Sql Server, AKS.

Language Requirements: Business level Japanese & Business English conversation skill.
