The Tokyo Talent Acquisition Intern is an exciting opportunity to work in recruitment at a fast-paced, high-growth company. The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a group of global professionals and we are looking for a TA Intern to support critical hires across a variety of departments, such as client services, strategic research, business development, finance and more across Asia Pacific.

In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects, such as diversity & inclusion, HRIS, employer branding, and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Work closely with the Tokyo Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for immediate hiring and campus hiring
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and campus recruitment across Asia Pacific
Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Manage incoming applications and review resumes with hiring management teams
Support the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications

WHAT YOU HAVE:

Current student enrolled in an accredited degree program
High fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
An interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition
Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
Proactive, positive, creative and resourceful self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Able to work at least 3 days a week (flexible for it to be full days or half days)
