Job Description

• Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.


• Articulation, summarization, creating insights from gathered information and data.


• Support the analysis of data and business processes to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential solutions.


• Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.  


• Help generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and project status.


• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.


• Data analysis and reporting.


• Have interest in following technical usage trends, understanding technology and usage to be able to effectively interact with different technical teams.


• Understanding business needs for training and onboarding.

Must have Skills

• Analytical thinking, presentation content and storytelling


• Bilingual - Native Japanese Language & English proficiency,


• Good to have skills : Business orientation (Capable),

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a management degree.


• Have good communication skills and a good understanding of data and how it can be used.


• Understanding of business analysis and modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq.


• Basic understanding of requirements management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.


• Should be empathetic and strive to exceed the expectations of their customer.


•  Strong Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.


• Must be a Japanese citizen.
