Department Overview
We Rakuten Insurance Planning are aiming to provide some one-stop insurance services to Rakuten member-ship on the portal site which recommend mainly Rakuten Insurance Group's products.
Our business have two parts, first is running the portal site to gain the commission fee by selling Rakuten Insurance Group's products. And second is consulting of Rakuten Insurance Group. plan new business regarding CWD, and maintain their web sites with highly trained staffs. those are important jobs in order to provide consistent customer experience through three insurance company's web sites to users.

Position Details
You will be in charge of developing web pages for Rakuten Life Insurance, General Insurance and Pet Insurance.
Develop web pages by yourself is required.
And presentation skill or management skill are also required.
We expect the applicant to learn insurance businesses and KPIs, and take a responsibility as a consultant of Rakuten insurance company in the future.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Coding HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Create wire-flame or mock image by yourself.
Negotiate with some stake holders.
Having a 'Get things done.' mind.
Desired Qualifications:
Experiences of SEO improvement.
Experiences of managing design/coding teams.
Experiences of conducting of REX design review / User Assurance process.
Experiences of working on Fin-Tech field.

This position will be employed by Rakuten Group, Inc. and will be seconded to Rakuten Insurance Planning Co., Ltd.
