Description:

Act as a servant leader and coach for the agile team.
Educate the team in agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Ensure compliance with agile processes and development standards.
Remove impediments to enhance team efficiency.
Foster a high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in a Scrum Master role, with expertise in Agile practices, tools, and methodologies, preferably within a SAFe environment.
A deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework, including its values, principles, and practices.
Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and coach teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure team cohesion.
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
A commitment to continuous learning and improvement at personal, team, and organizational levels.
Skills in managing and leading change within an organization, including helping teams adapt to new methods and practices.
